Warburg Pincus-backed Avanse Financial Services has secured Rs 1,000 crore equity investment from Mubadala Investment Company and Avendus PE Investment Advisors. The education-focused non-banking financial company aims to enhance its brand, digital solutions, and product range with the funding. Avanse provides educational loans globally and supports Indian academic institutions. AUM reaches Rs 12,150 crore.
