Govardhan Thakur, the father of Gopal Thakur, Secretary of the District Olympic Association and President of the Bokaro District Kabaddi Association, passed away unexpectedly due to a heart attack on Wednesday. The late Thakur leaves behind his wife Kalyani Devi, sons Gopal Thakur and Shyamal Thakur, and daughter Anita Kumari.
