Australia's leading online travel company, Ignite Travel Group, has celebrated its best-ever month, breaking its previous sales record by 25 per cent. Gold Coast-based Ignite Travel Group has announced January 2024 as its most successful month in its 16-year history. Breaking multiple records, with both best day and month recorded, this milestone, coupled with its sustained upward trajectory in sales and business growth, Ignite anticipates its turnover to reach $1 billion this financial year.

Within January, Ignite saw Fiji, Queensland and Bali lead the way in top-selling holiday packages, and My Cruises' new and exclusive Northern Lights discovery topped the charts for cruise holiday packages. Other notable holidays were the travel company's Japan touring packages. Western Caribbean and domestic sailings were also popular for the record-breaking month.
Overall, the January 2024 result saw a 25 per cent increase compared to its previous best record in 2023.
