Three land revenue officials of the Nilamber Pitamberpur Anchal namely Circle Officer (CO) Sunil Kumar Singh, Circle Inspector (CI) Mahender Ram and Halka Karamchari (HK) have been penalised under the Jharkhand Rajya Sewa Dene Ki Guarantee Act 2011.
