Tata Motors plans to acquire Iveco Group's commercial vehicle business. The deal is valued at approximately 3.8 billion. The acquisition will be through Tata Motors' subsidiary. A tender offer of 14.1 per share will be launched. Iveco's defence unit will be sold separately to Leonardo. The Agnelli family currently controls Iveco Group through Exor.
