Hyderabad: FIDE-rated Challa Saharsha won the open category title in the fifth PICA prize money chess tournament organised by Pratyusha International Chess Academy here by virtue of the tie-break rule, despite tying with Chidvilash Sai with 4.5 points each from five rounds.
